Exploring is what we do as coaches and athletes in the the world of sport. There are a lot of various principles and ways to adhere to those principles. As it's commonly said - "There is more than one way to climb a mountain" and in the world of sport there's nothing more true than that. We'll discuss different principles and concepts and look at best practices from different coaches who emply a variety of approaches from techincal and tactical approaches to recovery and prevention of injury so athletes can stay in sport, performing longer and better all the time.
